Ofrecia as he goes to see the Community Environment and Natural Resources Offices (CENROs) and Protected Area Management Office (PAMO), under his area of responsibility to be accustomed with his new place of assignment and to commune with the employees of the entire PENRO Davao Oriental.

Being a man of intellect, integrity and proficiency that he is, PENRO Ofrecia vows to empower and uphold the office workforce through sincere appreciation and recognition of a job well done. He also stresses the importance of asset protection management to secure the properties owned by the government. This initiative will safeguard government assets from malicious actions and illicit operations. Strengthening the Geographic Information System (GIS) unit—mapping the extent of the office premises is among the probable measures to pursue this undertaking.
