Under the leadership of Sec. Ramon J.P. Paje, the DENR is actively adopting new approaches to enable the pursuit of the mandates entrusted unto them. The DENR, in an effort to improve the efficiency in the delivery if government service to the public, is actively responding to P-Noy’s “Pagbabago tungo sa Daang Matuwid” challenge.   There are several areas DENR is currently working on in this regard: The Integrity Development Action Plan [(IDAP. Citizen’s Charter, Code of Conduct & the Moral Recovery Action Plan (MRAP)].
